How we handle your data.
What data we handle
- When booking: name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your note.
- On arrival, as required by law, the details of your identity documents, because of the reporting obligation towards the Hungarian tourism data centre (NTAK).
Why we handle it
- To confirm and fulfil the booking, and for invoicing.
- To meet the statutory reporting obligation (NTAK).
How long we keep it
- Booking-related data for as long as accounting rules require.
- Enquiries that did not turn into a booking for at most one year.
Who we pass it to
- To nobody, apart from the reporting to the authorities required by law.
- This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for its correction or deletion.
- Write to info@riversidekoros.hu and we will answer within 30 days.
